When enabling the integration, you have the option to configure the WorkPro Partner Action in one or more locations to send WorkPro requests: 

  • Candidates
  • Applications
  • Placements


From your chosen/configured screen, select one or more candidates > Actions > WorkPro > and nominate the WorkPro package request to send. 


WorkPro requests are sent instantly from Applications, Placements, and Candidate views.




 

The WorkPro Action is also available from the single candidate view directly from the Candidate screen, or within Applications and Placements tab; depending on your configuration. 



You will know the request for package has been processed when:

  • the WorkPro results column displaying as Submitted
    • immediately for all configurations
  • WorkPro package name and tasks are added as a Note to the Candidate Activities section when sent from WorkPro


Reminder: The WorkPro package note will be instant when the package is successfully sent via WorkPro. Refer to candidate notes for any error messaging where a request has failed
